Although hard woods like Ipe, Cumaru or Tigerwood, don't need constant maintenance to be safe and sturdy, it does require maintenance to keep its rich wooden colour. This Villa has an annual maintenance contract, to keep this deck's colour as if new.
We start out by power washing your decking surface to remove the dirt and grime. We apply Mr Paintsman Deck brightener and scrape the surface with a hard brush to return the natural look of the wood. Once the surface has dried, we apply a fresh coat of our exclusive Ipe Oils and wipe the surface.
